Nirve Sports Announces Recalls Due to Fall Risk

The United States Consumer Products Safety Commission has announced a recall of 725 chopper-style bikes manufactured by Nirve Sports of Huntington Beach, California. The recall is due to reports of the handlebar stem cracking during assembly. While no injuries have been reported, the concern is that the handlebar stem could crack during use and the bicyclist would fall and get injured.

This recall involves the Red Star, Skulls and Cannibal chopper-style bikes.
